I figured after the post last Friday entitled “What NOT to Feed your Children” with the shocking photo of what constitutes “chicken” in certain processed chicken products (ie packaged chicken nuggets) we would share with you a great healthy alternative. This is a favorite weeknight recipe that gets a healthy dinner on the table fast.
The recipe is Chicken Schnitzel and when it appears on our meal plans we receive lots of comments from subscribers on how their kids loved it! My own son told me “this chicken is even better than the food at Chilis!”- meant as a sincere compliment!
Try it out next time you are looking for an easy, healthy and quick dinner for your family!
