We were thrilled last week to welcome Theresa Chadwick to our test kitchen for the day to cook with us and develop new recipes for our menu plans. We had an amazing cooking session with Theresa, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Cambridge. Theresa has joined us as our professional recipe resource and will be working with us in the months ahead as we add new and exciting recipes, all fitting our criteria of easy and healthy. (Read Theresa’s full bio under the food photos below!).
After planning out all the recipes Theresa created exclusively for The Dinner Daily, we went food shopping, spreading out all the delicious, wholesome food we were about to prepare.
Then, we chopped. And marinated. And measured.
We fired up the grill, turned on the stove top burners, and heated up the oven!
Theresa cooked with us for 5 solid hours as we did some amazing new grill recipes and lots of new vegetarian options for our members. We are looking forward to sharing all these easy and incredibly delicious dinners with you in the weeks to come!
The best part was tasting all of Theresa’s delicious recipes! We are excited to have Theresa on our team to help us bring you the healthiest, most mouth-watering recipes that you and your family will love!
Here are some photos of what is to come in your menus soon!
Eggplant & Quinoa Lasagna
Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Grilled Apples
Sweet Potatoes with Roasted Chick Peas
Grilled Asian Flank Steak
About Theresa Chadwick:
Theresa first developed her passion for cooking the first time her aunt taught her how to make her Grandmother’s coveted family Italian Gravy. Ever since that moment she has joyously pursued cooking in all aspects; personal, professional, and most especially cooking for friends and family. This passion brought her to study culinary arts at the Le Cordon Bleu College in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The variety of coursework at Le Cordon Bleu has given Theresa a strong base knowledge in stocks/sauces, fabrication of meat and seafood, authentic ethnic cuisine, plating techniques, and food safety practices. She has worked under renowned Boston Chef Mark Goldstein and was a part of the opening team of his new restaurant in the Boston Ames Hotel in 2009. Her passion for food also inspired her to complete her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell to increase her knowledge and bring her closer to achieving her dream of opening a restaurant. In her spare time she enjoys playing around with recipes, bike riding, hiking, and of course cooking and eating with friends. She proclaims there is no food on earth she won’t try at least once.
